Who we are

Message from the founder

This practice was created with a singular intention to offer pelvic care that feels deeply personal, respectful, and entirely centered on you. Your story matters. Your body matters. And hence your care should reflect the uniqueness of both. Here, every experience is met with thoughtful attention, clinical expertise, and a commitment to honoring your comfort, boundaries, and individual needs.

Too often, people delay seeking support because of the myths, assumptions, and quiet stigma that still surround pelvic floor therapy. Many have been taught to believe their symptoms are simply part of aging, a normal consequence of childbirth, or something to be endured in silence. But discomfort is not something you have to accept as your new normal.

My hope is to shift that narrative by offering care that is not only effective but also empowering. Pelvic therapy is a collaborative process—one that helps you better understand your body, restore balance, and return to a greater sense of ease, confidence, and connection.

If these misconceptions have kept you from reaching out, please know you are not alone. When you are ready, I am here to listen, guide, and support you with care that is compassionate, elevated, and tailored to you.

Let AURA help you HEAL!

Common Myths About Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic health is more than tightening a muscle—it’s about learning how your whole body works together. If pelvic floor muscles are too tight/overactive, performing Kegels can worsen your symptoms. Holistic Care often focuses on relaxation, breathing techniques, and posture rather than just strengthening.

Pelvic floor therapy supports many issues—pain, pressure, postpartum recovery, sexual function, constipation, and even athletic performance.

These changes can be common, but they are not “normal.” Your body deserves comfort and support at every stage of life. Regardless of age and/or last childbirth, these symptoms are often treated.

Pelvic therapy helps people of all genders and life phases—from teenagers to older adults, new parents to post-menopausal women.

Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always the foundation of care. Sessions are designed to be gentle, educational, and deeply respectful.

Even mild symptoms are worth caring for. Small changes today can make a big difference in your comfort and confidence tomorrow.

Message from the founder

This practice was created with one simple belief at its heart: your story matters, and you deserve pelvic care that is personal, respectful, and completely centered on you. Every body and every journey are unique. My role is to listen deeply, honor your boundaries, and help you reconnect with comfort, confidence, and a sense of ease in your body—without one-size-fits-all solutions.

But so often, people hesitate... to reach out for help because of the myths and mixed messages surrounding pelvic floor therapy. I have met countless individuals who thought their symptoms were “just part of getting older,” something to live with after childbirth, or simply too embarrassing to talk about. These misconceptions can keep us stuck—accepting discomfort as normal—when real, gentle, and effective care is available. My hope is to change that narrative. Pelvic therapy is about understanding your body, restoring balance, and helping you feel like yourself again.
